Strategic Planning and Execution

This program is designed to equip managers with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to develop and implement effective strategic plans that drive organizational success. Participants will learn strategic thinking frameworks, best practices in planning, and techniques for execution to ensure that strategic initiatives are translated into tangible results.
